Looking for a challenging trail with beautiful scenery? Look no further than Amasa Back. Only minutes from Moab, this trail has ample parking, easy access and is located near other great hikes and adventures in Kane Creek Canyon.
The breathtaking 100 mile White Rim trail is located in Canyonlands National Park. You’ll need a permit to bike along this trail. Some people bike it in a day, while others break it up and camp over the course of several days. Either way, come prepared as there are no services along the way. And bring a camera, because those views are unbelievable!
There are many highly acclaimed bike trails just a few miles north of Moab. From Klondike Bluffs to the Monitor and Merrimac trails, you will find many beautiful miles of adventure here!
Located just a few minutes north of Moab, the Brand Trails have trails designed for every biking level. Rusty Spur and Lazy EZ are some great trails for the novice. If you are more advanced, check out the North 40 or Rockin’ A. Either way, you will have a great time riding the trails out here!
The world famous Slickrock and Porcupine Rim trail are only minutes from Moab. These must do trails are only minutes from Moab. From novice to expert, this area has it all. Sand Flats Recreation area does charge a small entrance fee, but this goes toward maintaining the area and funding Grand County Search and Rescue. (We hope you don't need them on your trip to Moab!) The AVR team regularly rides the 2.3 mile practice loop for a good morning workout!
