Indian Hills harbors no secrets. What you see is what you get when you walk inside for the first time and what you see will be absolutely wonderful, starting with the wall of windows revealing a stunning landscape that will literally take your breath away. An open concept floor plan means that young lovers will always stay connected, even as one may be napping on the super plush sectional that faces a television that hovers over the fireplace in the living room and the other is participating in a virtual meeting at the desk tucked away in a niche just steps away from the bed. (The semi-private location of the niche, ensures the background won’t be of the queen bed in the sleeping area.)
Occasional chairs in the living space provide comfy spots to read or to stare out the windows in a happy daze and although there isn’t a dining room table in this compact space, a dark wood breakfast bar that wraps around the pony wall that separates the kitchen from the living space is fronted by four chairs, giving occupants the perfect spot to enjoy a meal, play a board game, or chat about their Moab adventures in quiet moments. The crimson red rug on the kitchen’s wood floor pays homage to the original settlers of our desert hometown and modern conveniences help make meal prep easy on those nights you just don’t feel like heading out for a taste of the town!
The bedroom area, separated from the more public spaces by another pony wall is anchored by a queen bed offering a leather upholstered headboard and a premium mattress that looks out onto the patio reached by a single French door. Outside, the covered patio may become your newest obsession, offering extra seating and an up close and personal glimpse at the serene beauty of our Moab countryside. The final interior space, the private bath which features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and stackable washer and dryer blends form and function and ensures that even the smallest needs are easily met!
