The exterior of the three-story home exudes rest and relaxation from the moment you arrive. The neutral tones of tan and brown highlight traditional Southwest style architecture features like dark wood beams and unique curved details of the roof line. A natural stone feature wall adds dimension to the outside walls and blends perfectly into the colors of the home as well as the mature landscaping around the home. Enjoy spending time in the expansive covered patio. Wood paneling on the ceiling draws the eye up, and a ceiling fan keeps the air moving on warm summer days. Grill your favorite foods on the provided stainless steel grill and sit around and visit with friends and family in a space big enough for the whole group. Decorative wood columns add to the Southwest look and feel of the rest of the exterior. A small, covered patio entryway along one side of the home is your portal to relaxation.

Interior Amenities

Step into a portal to another world, one filled with rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation that’s the perfect spot to enjoy your Moab getaway. Open the door on a small foyer area where you can store you coats and other gear in the coat closet, access the garage, or have a set to slip shoes and outdoor gear on or off. Make your way up tiled steps with risers decorated with mosaic tiles in a Southwest theme. Follow the stairs to the second level and turn right, where a short hallway leads to the kitchen and dining area. The chef of the group will love the fully equipped kitchen, including plenty of granite-top counter space featuring an expansive island with double sink, as well as bar seating for three. Stainless steel appliances make preparing a group meal or snack a breeze, and the wood cabinetry adds a rustic look. The dining area features a large wood table with matching chairs that seat six. Large sliding glass doors and windows bring in plenty of natural light and a breathtaking view of the surrounding scenery.

After the meal, sit back on the couch and enjoy the light and warmth of a fire in the fireplace or watch your favorite movie or TV show on the flat screen TV. Head to the other end of the hall and to the right for a larger living area everyone can enjoy. The massive sectional sofa offers seating for everyone. A tray ceiling features the same wood paneling as the kitchen and living area, as well as a ceiling fan and recessed lighting. Several windows around the room bring in natural light, and wood blinds block it out when you want to watch a TV show or movie on the wall-mounted flat screen TV.

A walk-in closet offers plenty of space for the things you brought with you as well as the souvenirs from your adventures you’ll take home with you. The en suite bathroom includes a single sink vanity. The glass shower enclosure features a bench and small ledge for your toiletries. A separate toilet room makes the shower and toilet available at the same time.

Across the hall from the second bedroom is the master suite. Enter the bedroom to a small sitting area, featuring comfortable chair, bookcase, and small side table. You can also view one side of the two-way fireplace from the area. To the left of the sitting area, you’ll enter into luxury. The sprawling master bathroom includes two single-sink vanities across from each other, so each occupant has their own space to prepare for the day’s adventures. A spacious shower stall allows you to enjoy a luxurious shower without feeling closed in. A small window in the shower brings in natural light and the stunning beauty surrounding the home. A separate toilet room allows for toilet use while other parts of the room are in use.

Once you’ve pampered yourself in the bathroom, or need to recharge from the day’s activities, the master bedroom awaits. The Southwest theme continues, with a large area rug, in Southwest patterns and colors that are mimicked in the bedding.
